Drew and Scott Rolen Walked both the Reading and Italian Market Place and watched thousands run the long Broad Street Race Born in the city of independence and brotherly love There is no other city I am more proud of My one and only choice for a city to live out the rest of my days A city that continues to give and give in its countless ways

About the Author
Brad Dwyer never envisioned himself turning into a writer. Poetic Pursuit is now Brad's second book. His first book was titled "Trials and Triumphs," and it was a book complied of short love stories that were once poems. He evolves his writing around people, events, things, and scenarios that have been instrumental to him throughout his young life. His writing comes directly from his heart and soul. Brad is a very passionate individual that hopes his writings impact his readers through a memory, thought, or moment that reminds them of a time in their life. He tries to bring out the best possible ideas and thoughts to incorporate numerous feelings and emotions in his poems. Brad Dwyer has three words that he has always lived by and are very dear to him. Those words are pride, pain, and perseverance. Hopefully after reading both Trials and Triumphs and now Poetic Pursuit, you will be able to see why those words are a vital part of his life and how he establishes those words in his stories and poems.
