Hidden in the complex patterns of life, exists a rare pattern. Rarer than diamonds, rarer than any mineral, the Watcher pattern is found perhaps once or twice in the life forms of most galaxies. The pattern builds from the intermix of DNA with the quantum foam in a dance that creates a unique ability that even the life form is not truly aware of. It drives their very actions and creates a unique path in their life setting them apart but giving them an ability that is one of the rarest in the universe.

So the pattern continued over the billions of years in the local universe and increased in energy as stars and dust continued to fall into the growing number of black holes from the billions of galaxies and multitude of universe all feeding the unique pattern.
From the pattern’s perspective, it had only existed for a moment. From the view of an observer in a universe, it had been a stable pattern for billions of years. Time was one of the key parameters that formed this family of patterns and each had a different balance of dimensional connection that made them different. Each was born the same way, each would evolve differently. The interaction was across dimensions where only symbols of concepts represented by mathematics could hope to describe existence.
This pattern’s time had come and in a flash of the transfer of energy, a new universe was born. It was not a single point of eruption, but rather could be described as a non-symmetric area tear. As energy burst forth, energy absorbed from its parents across a multitude of interconnected universes was spread through the blast of radiation into this newest universe, creating space-time itself. There was no sound, but it fully fulfilled a name given it by many races across many universes: The big bang.

Sxxty emerged from the protective enclosed area located on the station orbiting above the artificial shell’s specially designed sulfur based atmosphere enclosure. The message had already been distributed that initial contact had been successfully made as reports from around the universe were starting to be cataloged. Once Sxxty removed the environmental mesh from the body, this creature of the Old Ones race knew that work had only begun. While the reports of successful contact with Watchers of advanced enough civilizations were being identified by the cataloging part of the system, the work to prioritize information to transfer while leaving enough transmission capability to have a respectable two way information exchange with a specific civilization was not yet completed.

Jack had reached the office at 5 a.m.; he had a briefing for the Senate to prepare late in the afternoon. As he sat down at his desk, he found a summary report concerning the death of Bobby and the suicide of the kidnappers killing six swat team members; Jack’s fury which had been significant before, was now barely controllable. They knew this was the doing of the mafia, the property was owned by them, the men worked for them, multiple intercepts were traced to suspected Russian mafia communications. This could only mean that Russian’s had not taken the warning seriously.
While he was reading the report, his blood pressure was rising and his eyes were shooting flames, the phone rang. As Jack answered the phone, it was from Tim about a very high priority task relating to a man named George Scott at George Washington Hospital. After Jack got off the phone with Tim, he decided he needed to get the ball rolling on sending a message to the mafia before he headed out the door. He quickly called in one of the agents and briefed him about the warrants that were needed immediately relative to George Scott and Dr. Robert Thomas and others currently unknown. Before heading out the door, Jack placed another call.
Jack called on security team member Jimmy from the CIA as his anger continued to boil “Jimmy, this is Jack. As you may have heard, the Russians have continued to step over the line and we’ve got to showem we mean business. I need you to send them a message that they won’t forget. “
“Jack, I think we know what to do. I don’t want to let you in on the operation, but you will know when the message’s delivered.”

About the Author
This is the second book in my series of Sci-Fi Intrigue books along with a growing list of short stories dealing with an exciting multiverse predicted by String Theory. Trained in nuclear physics, I continue to spend my life working in military systems and computers while maintaining my interest in oceanography, nuclear and particle physics along with Cosmology as a hobby. Over my life I continue to enjoy reading Sci-Fi along with dreaming and discussing concepts of Black Holes, Neutron stars, star factories, the edge of the visible universe or how many dimensions are really in our universe. This ongoing series of stories draws from the breadth of the intriguing ideas presented in a growing body of military and scientific ideas and concepts. From a story about first contact to colliding universes, destruction of galaxies, to back street spies, gun battles, ships dying in combat to transports jumping across the universe through dimensional shifts; stories take the reader on a ride resulting in reactions of some people to ask if it could actually be happening in their lives now. Having worked on studies from the depths of the oceans to scientific platforms in space, from major weapon systems to sophisticated communications concepts, from advanced supercomputers to highly developed signal processing algorithms implemented in micro computer code, my life has covered a unique spectrum of science and engineering. Along with my life knowledge, calling upon my years of field experience blended with the study of advanced physics I have been able pulled together an ongoing tale covering the spectrum of the wonders and dangers of the universe along with the human experience; a tale which will take the rest of my life to tell. From my years of traveling the world from Japan to Europe, from Singapore to working ships in the center of the Indian, Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, from a life in San Diego, CA to years of living and working in the Washington D.C. area. The story line is designed to take the user around the world and across a universe of planets and galaxies as the stories of aliens and humans alike evolve in unique ways. From artists to warriors, from an alien farmer to senior engineers; from deadly spies to a boy who definitely is not what he appears to be from the outside; races of aliens that destroy worlds to others that build worlds along with structures that encapsulates stars. I write these stories as an offer providing my readers a chance to imagine, to ask the questions of “What If” to think about who we are in this wondrous universe; question what they think they know as a fact; and to examine the subject of “Are we alone?”.
