Dr. Hubbard was born and raised in Wyoming. He earned his Bachelor's Degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho, then his Doctorate Degree from Southern College of Optometry. He is a licensed Optometrist and is currently practicing Optometry in the mid-West. He and his wife, Rachel, are the parents of four children.
