Hanging on the wall in little Jo’s room hung KooKoo the Cuckoo clock. KooKoo hung with Jo for many years, but lately it seemed that Jo only noticed KooKoo when his batteries needed to be replaced. On the hour, for all those years, KooKoo never disappointed Jo, for he always came out to sound the cuckoo tune. KooKoo woke Jo every morning for school and reminded him when he needed to do things, such as study or have dinner. About the Author
Deon C is married and a father of two sons. Diyen, aged 8 and a half (almost nine), is the inspiration behind KooKoo the Cookoo clock. Zhen is the latest addition to the family and is two years old .Deon C's passion is his family, which is hinted at, by the family dynamics that is constantly demonstrated throughout the book, provides the appropriate motivation to successfully complete this childrens fiction. Deon is also a Financial Director, Business Coach and an Entrepreneur by profession ,despite the rather demanding schedule , finds the time to write as a hobby.
