About the Author

Shelly Simoneau grew up in the farming community of Wilsey, KS. She uses memories of life lessons throughout childhood as inspiration for storytelling and writing. Shelly currently teaches Kindergarten in Topeka, Kansas. She shares her stories in her classroom, at schools, and at public libraries. Shelly and her husband Mark currently live in Topeka with their three children and two dogs.
