Mickey The Monster ia a story about a rescue dog - Mickey - who was abused and mistreated. The day I rescued Mickey, both his life and mine would change forever. Mickeys behavior was so bad, he was called by Mickey The Monster. Over time a bond developed and he is now truly my best friend. He is still a little quirky, but that’s what makes Mickey, Mickey!

About the Author

My name is Joe Lentini and I am a retired pipefitter living in South Carolina. My pet Mickey was a 'rescue dog' removed from an unfit home. Mickeys behavior was so bad he was called 'Mickey The Monster". Over time a bond developed and as the story goes, he's mans best friend. He's still a little quirky, but that's what makes Mickey, Mickey! My resocialization of Mickey and adventures with him led me to write a book about this journey! Sometimes I wonder....did I rescue Mickey, or did he rescue me!
