About the Author

NICHOLAS COLETTO The primary writer of the book, he is a former high school teacher, principal, superintendent. He has a long history in food preparation and wine/food pairing. He is a private chef, and works as a wine consultant and wine/food pairing expert. He teaches classes and does demonstrations on wine/food pairings. He was born in Brooklyn, New York and lived most of his life in New York City. Since his retirement from the educational field he has lived and continues to work in Lake Worth, Florida. JOSEPH COLETTO He has contributed much to the food portions of the book and as its food editor. He is a former restaurateur, has been an executive chef for Legal Seafood and Cheesecake Factory and is now executive chef for a private country club in Boca Raton, Florida. He has done a number of food spots on TV, written portions of other cookbooks, and has written a food column for local media. He has devoted most of his life to the food industry and now lives in Lake Worth, Florida with his wife and teenage son. JOSEPH KUDA He is considered an international wine expert and has visited over 100 vineyards in the US and Europe over the past 4 years. He now manages a wine consulting team and teaches wine tasting classes. His love of food, cooking and of wine has enabled him to contribute much to the wine/food pairing portions of the book. He now lives in Lake Worth and works in Boca Raton, Florida
