About the Book

Jonathan and Roscoe is a fun family book about the relationship between a boy, his family and his dog. Children get a lot of gifts but don't always realize the responsibility that goes along with those gifts. Jonthan will learn an important lesson about responsibility that hopefully won't come too late.

About the Author

H. Ferebee Shephard and his wife have worked hard to make sure their two sons know the importance of family. His years as a son, a dad, a coach, and co-owner of Bright Learners Academy, an Elementary Preparatory school in Pearland Texas, continue to provide an eye toward how important a role dad plays in the family. His first book, Dad's Birthday Present, published through Xlibris, also teaches life lessons about family.
