“Silence!” Avarom bellowed as he started mounting the stairs. Balls of flame licked his legs, torso, and arms as he screamed his battle cry. At the top of the stairs, he leaped through the curtains and tumbled onto the floor. He rose in time to see a short ragged figure race down the narrow hallway and into a room at its end, slamming the door. Without hesitation, Avarom raced down the hall and was upon the decaying structure – smashing right through it!
