About the Author

For the past thirty-five years, Tom Fehlman has held positions ranging from a floor supervisor in a cotton mill to Director of Training and Development for a large Employer Development Association. He founded his current management development company, Bottom Line, Inc. in 1987. His client list includes Fortune 100 companies such as Siemens and Westinghouse, as well as large federal agencies such as the Departments of Defense and Energy and the US Mint; state agencies such as the Arizona Game and Fish and Florida Department of Corrections and professional organizations such as the Institute for International Research and International Wildlife Manager’s Association. He is as much at home with salt miners and millworkers as he is corporate presidents and directors of federal agencies.

Tom is recognized by clients worldwide for his leadership expertise and passion about how people are led, and who leads them. He is direct, edgy, and easily adjusts to being “politically incorrect” when the majority of leadership issues come from politically incorrect people.
