The Chakra Energy System

The first section of this book is entitled Healing Dynamics. In this section the reader is introduced to a metaphysical approach to understanding healing. The human domestication process is introduced as a plausible reason for the health conditions one may experience in life. In this philosophy, the reader will learn how childhood experiences often contribute to serious health issues. Childhood experiences often are the root cause of an adult wellness concern. All our health issues are not always related to our childhood or a mental, emotional, or spiritual reason, but when they are, this section of the book should provide a deeper insight on the energy connection that could possibly be present.

The second section of the book is entitled The Chakra Energy System. In this section the reader will see how the chakras affect the energy system of the physical body. Chakras process and move energy throughout the body, but they also hold energy. The kind of energy they hold has a direct connection to ones wellness. We refer to negative held energy in the chakra centers as blocks, denials, fears, and stress. In the chapters to follow, you will learn about how the chakra holds negative energy, what it looks and feels like, and how to release it. The section that is devoted to that aspect is called Chakra Attunement.

In the section called Chakra Attunement, the reader will learn a valuable tool that opens the door of communication with each chakra center. When one listens to the voice of the chakra center, transforming negative held chakra energy into positive chakra energy can take place. By applying the step by step process that is presented in that chapter, the reader will learn how to identify blocks in the chakra centers that are dysfunctional to the overall energy system.

The section called Healing Dysfunctional Chakras opens the door of understanding to why we have illness. This comprehensive chapter illuminates energetic reasons that permit illness and disease to find a home within the physical body. Not only is information provided, but effective triggers are given for effective self-healing journaling experiences; that, if done completely, can bring to light many deep seated issues that may have been harbored within the body for many years. Hidden issues don’t go away; they have a continual cycling voice that speaks of illness, disease, and injury. This section of the book brings that cycling voice to the surface and offers a self-help triggered analysis process—journaling--to address the issue once and for all.

Meditation, a key factor to spiritual growth, is presented in Appendix A. In this section, meditation information is presented and a full meditation dialogue is provided to assist the reader to gain a meaningful and successful meditation experience.

Fear is a paralyzing emotion. The voice of fear can hold any "imprinted program" in a state of continued suspension for a long period of time. Fear is a program you need to dismantle in your life, your physical body, and in your conscious/unconscious mind as quickly as possible…….
