I am really glad that I spoke to Richard; he encouraged me to go and meet Phyllis after thirty-six years. It was such a shame that I had to find that she was dying of cancer and had no other living relative to leave her estate to. I only met her the once before she died and I was thrown in at the deep end of a business knowing next to nothing about it.
Richard seemed to think that things would return to normal after the meeting; life is never going to be the same again. I will never again struggle with the finances of everyday living as long as I am sensible. Things seem too good to be true…’

About the Book
This story tracks the progress of Caroline's life and the decisions she has had to make alone.
A new and strong friendship develops helping her to deal with the tragic grief and pain of her recent new circumstances. She also continued to believe in her children and nurturing their growing up; despite having two business to deal with. Caroline realises how similar she was to her birth mother, whom she barely knew; but still maintained a solid closeness to her adoptive parents.
Her life finally takes a more purposeful road when a previous family friend comes into her life and suddenly everything fits into place, but not before her former sister in law tries to ruin the relationship.
About the Author
Using the pen name Lyndie Hart, this author enjoys writing, being free to create characters, spend their money and invent their lifestyles. Moving to France in 2006 has been particularly influential in this the sequel to the first novel Legacy, Out of the Blue.
