About the Book

In a time where mental health awareness is at an all-time high, "Idle Time" provides a simplistic road guide to positive thinking. This book challenges readers not to hold in regrets and to be stronger than the stress and worries that invade our minds. As a person, a lot of things we do in life are based on our discomforts with boredom. Reading, working, social media, certain friendships and relationships are the things we have in our lives that help us pass time. The number one thing we do as a person to pass time is think. When we have a strong thought in our minds, we don't feel bored. It's only when we are content with our thoughts that we start to feel bored. The question is; what thoughts are you holding onto that is stifling your spirit?

About the Author

I am studying to be a psychologist at The University of South Carolina. I have a minor in communications and philosophy. I am a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated. This is my first theory that i have developed on my road to becoming a psychologist, and this is also my first self-help book. Hopefully, this will be the beginning of many. I am from Orangeburg, South Carolina. I do not know what a lot of people know about South Carolina, but you have a lot of free time to have your head in the clouds. While mine was in the clouds, my imagination came up with this. I hope everyone enjoys my vision.
