i was born and raised in detroit .in high school i was on the football and track teams .after high school i attended wayne state university monteith college. i was drafted into the army while attending wayne. i served for 2 years receiving an honorable discharge. after the army i worked at several jobs never finding satisfaction in any of them. i started writing poetry several years ago then stopped then started again. i find great satisfaction in writing poetry and hope to make people feel a little better when they read my poems. i am single and have 4 children. i now reside in battle creek michigan.
