About the Author
Kim Floberg is a self-taught chef with a life-long passion for cooking and discovering new flavors and foods. She began cooking in her early teens taking Home Economic cooking classes in school and a few years later, having dinner parties with friends in college ( sometimes instead of studying for finals, OOOPS!). In her twenties she owned and operated a restaurant in Montana near scenic Yellowstone National Park that featured homemade meals and baked goods, all cooked daily completely from scratch. Long hours, tons of fun and delicious food though! Although her roots are in Montana, Kim’s adventurous spirit has also lead her to spending time in all four corners of the U.S. including San Diego, Seattle, New York City and Miami area, as well as international travel. These experiences all contributed to her exposure to and discovery of many ethnic flavors and fine cuisines. Kim continues to explore new flavors and cooking techniques every day, and she invites you to come and share in the adventure!
