About the Author

Born in New Jersey DeAnna "Terasa" Horton currently resides in Stone Mountain, Georgia. She is a single mother of a son and the eldest of three children. She has been employeed with the US Federal Government for over 21 years. She has always had a passion for writing but used it simply as a form of stress relief or when she was deep in meditation. For years she has composed works for others simply because they asked. Weddings, graduations, church programs, banquets, invitations, cards, funerals and more - all with that personal touch. Her signature "Just B'cause" was just that. She uniquely composed things-just because she was asked to do so, not for money or any reward or recognition. Not knowing what gift she was given she did not feel the desire to move forward if anything more than what she was doing. That is until she recalls being told she is blessed with breathing life into words and making them come alive. DeAnna has an intimate relationship with God. With that being said, she's been advised that NOW is her appointed time. Her desire is that others will be able to see God through her.
