About the Author

I am a 62 year old who has survived 3 open heart surgeries, shoulder surgery, elbow surgery, Spine Surgery, 2 pacemaker surgery 1 to install and one to remove, and 2 infections in my heart, All of that in the past 8 years. I spent 20 years in the Armed Forces of the United States 6 years in the Marine Corps and 14 1/2 years in the Army, and am a retired SWAT team SGT from the Missouri Department of Corrections. I was foprced to retire from the Army at age 53 because of the second open heart surgery. I now have a ranch with three horses.
