About the Book

In our lives there are many forces that work for and against us. Sometimes things seem to be out of control. We start to dought ourselves, and fear starts to grip our minds. Many different and negative thoughts begin to fill our minds. Before long we start to get sick with depression and our well being begins to deterioate. We begin to lose hope and our faith. Even though hard times seem to last a long time, those are the times when our faith and self evaluation should to come into focus, and know that nothing will last forever. As well all know life is short, and before long everything will come to pass.

About the Author

I was born in Texas in 1970, and moved to Southern California in 2002 where I still reside. Origianally I began writting these inspirational thoughts during difficult times in my life. I found them to be a source of spiritual insiration for myself. EventuallyI began to share some of my work with friends and family and found that they helped some of them as well.
