Simply to the Heart of the Matter

Barbara’s poems are basically about family, friends, and general health and spiritual well being. She hopes some of you will say to yourselves “I know what she means” and others, “I hadn’t thought about things in quite that way.” Life is meant to be full of love, fun, and giving back what you can to others. These are special things to have and to hold on to. God be with us all. Having pictures, videos, And computers give us Memories that will always Be the same. We must sometimes face New challenges to grow, New beginnings and learn As we go. To a new life, new home, And perhaps a new baby To be the newest member Of our family tree. Family Matters Life used to seem so Easy and carefree... As we age and work a lot, Love and support sure Means a lot. Sometimes we need change To help us grow. Where life leads nobody knows. But having family who Care and share means the Most when life is hard to bear. Have Faith The sky is gray today. But I feel happy to see A new day. I will be grateful for what I have and overlook The bad. For God does want me to Be sad. There is so much to see And do, So together we will see Through. Let’s enjoy what God has Given to me and to you! A Time To Remember There are too many We have loved and lost. And those who gave Their lives for our Country. It was the highest cost. Let’s take time to remember Them and their families. Remember our lost loved Ones and what they have Given to us. In God we trust.
