Pork Tenderloin
Any good size pork loin
salt n pepper as you like
olive oil chopped chives
Salt and pepper the pork, and grill on med. hot coals.
After an hour check the pork to see if its done.
Put the pork on a cutting board and cover with foil to rest for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes carve the pork into 3/4 inch thick slices, and spread on a plate like a fanned out deck of cards, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and chopped chives.

Welcome to the Garagegourmets cookbook.
It all started in my garage in Michigan, where I would, chop, dice, and grill.
Im not a gourmet chef by any means, just your average schmo, that loves fry, cook, bake and OHHH YA, grill, on the pit or open fire.
I have been playing around with food for years and came up with some pritty awsome dishes, I see cooking as, just an experiment in process, if it didn’t work the first time, well lets try it this way.
That’s what most of my recipes are, perfection from experimentation, its not rocket science.
