About the Author
Lisa Coleman is a credentialed minister who resides in Michigan with her two Yorkies, Lulu and Chewy. Lisa ministers to women's groups and congregations on the importance of taking care of yourself both spiritually and physically. As a health minister for over 15 years and a physical fitness instructor for 25+ years, Lisa enjoys helping people live their lives to the fullest. Having held the positions of both Youth Pastor and Children's Church Pastor, Lisa knows the importance of helping children and young people understand just how unique they are and to realize the special talents God has given to each of them.
