About the Author

Following careers as an engineer in the military service and in the private sector, Richard is now enjoying his retirement in Central Texas. An avid devotee of 20th Century Americana, plus a lifetime avocation of portraiture and caricature art were dual incentives for his organization and presentation of this book.
