From His Heart to Our Heart

The prize of the High Calling, Is promised to us all, Who have put their trust in Jesus, And have accepted His call. For the race is on, Get ready to start, Gird up your loins, Secure your hearts. You must run, run, There is no need to delay, Time is fleeting, but first you must pray. Put your faith in the one, Who have finished the race, It was a dangerous journey, But He kept the pace. No matter how hard, The obstacles may seem, He just kept on running, Untill He reached the end. He says,” get rid of those heavy load, They will slow you down, And reduce your speed, For the weight of sin, Is very heavy indeed. Just lighten that load, Put off hatred and strife, Love the Lord with all your heart, Keep His commandments and live right. Run on my children, You’re getting close to the end, The race is about over, He’s back again Your reward will be with Him, You can shout the victory shout, When you wear that crown of glory, That says, “ I didn’t give in and I didn’t give out.” Halleujah, glory to God, And bless your Holy name, I knew it was you Lord, Running beside me, Whether I ran in the storm, Or I ran in the rain, I knew I had the victory, And my race would not be in vain! ~ He may not come when you want Him. He can be a right now God, But sometime you have to wait, So be steadfast, unmoveable, Hold on to your faith. God said, “if you abide in me, And my word abide in you, You can ask me anything, And it will be done unto you.” Is your rent due? Your light and gas bill you can’t meet, Are you hungry and depressed? Then don’t lose your mine, For He may not come when you want Him, But He’ll be right there on time. So hold on my children, hold on to your faith, He’s a God of His Word, and He’s a God of grace. You’re not children of the darkness, But of the light you are mine, I might not come when you want me, But I’ll be there right on time. But wait on me, I’m coming soon, I’ll send my son Jesus, He’ll be waiting on the cloud, He’ll rapture up His church, Not the wicked nor the proud. We’ll celebrate together, we’ll sing a new song, Of how we made it over, the porhold sublime, That you came when we neeeded you, And you were right there on time.
