About the Author
Carol Thurman is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked with children in residential care and now has her own private practice. She graduated from Missouri Baptist Univeristy, St. Louis, Missouri with her Masters in Counseling. She formerly was a school counselor and taught business eudcation. Her passion to help troubled children has led her to pursue her license in counseling. Stuggling to find appropriate material to reach troubled children, Carol elected to write stories geared to children who feel unloved, have low self esteem ,and difficulty trusting others.
