About the Author

Terrence Harrison is a religious author with an eclectic background. Though christened Anglican, he grew up in diverse religious traditions attending Baptist, Pentecostal, Methodist, and Apostolic churches. Having migrated to Canada as a youth, he attended Roman Catholic schools until the completion of his secondary education. Feeling a personal call upon his life, he accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior and became a Seventh-day Adventist. Shortly thereafter, he noticed that God had placed the spiritual gift of teaching upon him, and a genuine passion for, and deep love of studying the word. Terrence elected to study theology, earning a Bachelor of Arts in the subject, and a Master of Divinity Degree. Terrence has since become the Religion Teacher in a populous Seventh-day Adventist private Christian academy in Toronto, Canada. He is a prolific writer and continues to enjoy writing and presenting on all matters religious, especially with regard to how religion and spirituality affect the everyday lives of real people and the choices they make. This particular book about the 144,000 in the Book of Revelation comes about as the combined result of personal interest, deep study, discussion, and theological controversy.
