I think everyone in this class has been helped. I've been giving this name issue a lot of thought. At the other units where I taught my name was never a problem. The men in the class would raise their hands when they needed my assistance. We never had a problem, and all the men to this day don't know my name. They would all recognize me if they saw me. I would recognize them if I saw them. Would I remember their names? Of course not. Would I remember their prison numbers? No way. Because this name situation is such a concern I'm going to solve this problem right now.

Ms. Tuesday is a true story about a young lady who taught a variety of classes to inmates at the Texas Department of Corrections in Huntsville, Texas. This book describes to the reader the life of incarcerated men and their feelings about many different issues. The title of this book came from a class of inmates who named the teacher. This book is interesting and heartwarming.
The reader becomes aware of the lives of incarcerated men.
