I implore you to look beyond the circumstances or storm of the moment and see God in the midst of the difficulty; no matter what you are walking through, no matter how long the journey is, and no matter how dry the season. Look for God…His touch…His whisper…His loving embrace. He is there. He is always there.
Some of the information in this book is a challenge to read. My story, although not unique, is uniquely mine. What I want to share with you is a brief history that will give you insight into my journey. My purpose for sharing is to encourage those who don't know God to receive Jesus and experience a relationship with Him and trust Him even when life doesn't make sense. And to encourage those who are Christians to grow in the knowledge that God is good and can cause good to come out of everything (see Romans 8:28) even when life's circumstances scream a different message. My testimony is that no matter where I have been, no matter what my circumstances are in life, God, my Father has walked with me every step of the way.

About the Book
Uncover the Gift is about Tammi’s life journey and lessons she learned along the way. Her goal in writing this book is to encourage the lives of others as they are on their journey. Isaiah 61: 1-3 says, “The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, Because the Lord has anointed Me To preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives, And the opening of the prison to those who are bound; To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, And the day of vengeance of our God; To comfort all who mourn, To console those who mourn in Zion, To give them beauty for ashes, The oil of joy for mourning, The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; That they may be called trees of righteousness, The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.” This verse was given to her one morning during one of her times of prayer and Bible study. It was at that moment she felt a specific call from God to minister to people who fit this description. Little did she know, at the time, the life journey she would have to take in order to gain understanding and compassion for those walking in a life of brokenness and bondage. As this book unfolds, the promise of God has come to pass, and she prays that many will be set free and live life in the fullness of what Jesus Christ died to give. Uncover the Gift is about finding the value of who you are in Christ and realizing no matter where your life takes you, you can bring Christ to the forefront and know He truly is walking and living right there with you.
About the Author
Tammi Crowley has experienced years of abuse by those who should have loved, guarded and protected her. She became a Christian at the age of nine. Even at such a young age, she sensed God’s call on her life. Within a few short years she realized God was calling her into the ministry of teaching the hurting and the wounded. She is compelled to teach others how to walk out of that wounded place of devastation to experiencing a life truly alive. Practically, teaching them how to live rooted and grounded in God’s love. And as a result of having an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ, established on God’s Word living a life of wholeness and freedom. Tammi enjoys living life with her three children and serving in her church and is excited to see God continue to unfold His creative and perfect plan. In previous churches she has served in a variety of capacities. In areas such as: Director of Deaf Ministries, Youth Ministry, Worship Team, Sunday School Teacher, and is currently a small group leader in the women’s ministry at Church of the Harvest.
