At the root of all evils lies untruth and violence. They are the elemental negative values. Without the help of lies and violence no sin can be committed. Theft, rape, murder, deception etc. need full support of untruth and violence. Sins produce ill effect on the performer and also on the society. Negative human values seriously damage the energy potential of a person. Among them are the anger, hatred, jealousy, deceptive acts, greed etc. There exists a relationship between the negative human trait and the development of a physical ailment.
The ductless glands in the human body secret the hormones, which contribute to the smooth functioning of the physiological system. For example, the Pituitary gland generates hormones that affect the person being kind or cruel. Lack of these hormones can make one behave as cruel. Continuing acts of jealousy may gradually develop liver defects. Fear can result in high blood pressure and produce kidney ailment.
In fact, cancer is the disease of the body, mind and spirit. A proactive mind with positive outlook can better fight this disease. Cancer cells cannot survive in an oxygen-rich surrounding. Hence, deep breathing helps destroy the cancer cells.
Likewise, anger can cause a dysfunctional heart. It is realized that anger sucks out the energy. Observe a situation, when a person gets angry once. He cannot become angry again, immediately after the first round of anger because his energy is drained out. To become angry again, he needs a time interval for renewal or recovery of energy. Anger consumes substantial amount of energy. Anger is one letter short of danger.
Peace and pleasure increase the potential of bio-energy, whereas tension consumes it. Bio-energy is transformed into activities such as creating, producing, developing, maintaining, innovating, managing, directing, and controlling and so on. It is the motive power, which drives to contribute more.
Power of love should overtake the love for power and position. One, who is after power, position and prestige, cannot have love for the people; as love cannot go hand in hand with power and position. They are opposed to love. Love runs the life In fact, the best way to live is to let live. It holds true, not only for individuals but also for nations. In the kingdom of God, none is big or small. All are equal at the level of existence of humanity. This is the law of nature.
Anything that has a beginning has an end. Every year about a thousand species are disappearing. Gradually the world is moving to an end. The continuing process of disappearance of this beautiful world is so slow that it evades our perception. Our physical relationship with this world is gradually departing. We are not in a position to stop this departure. For example, we never wanted to part with our childhood period, but it departed us; we did not like to leave our youth period, but it left us; we do not want to leave this world, but this world is leaving us against our wishes. A truth we must realize.

We drive the automobile but we do not know the technology that produces it. Similarly, we live the life without knowing what goes into the making of a life. However, our target objective is that the car runs trouble free and we achieve peace and pleasure in life. Life is more important than the car.
