About the Author
Charles T. Robinson delights himself in encouraging people to stretch, build, and flex their mind toward success. He excelled as a student and collegiate athlete graduating from Hampton University with a degree in Sport Management.
Charles has ample experience as a personal trainer while given the opportunity to mentor under one of the best in the country, while also assisting in training some of the best athletes in the country.
From firsthand experience over the years as an athlete and accompanying the ranks of high profile athletes, Charles has seen what it takes to reach the top in any profession. With close observance and analysis, he has uncovered the mind-set and principles that will make reaching personal success possible. He has devoted his life to the studying of minds and helps people transform their mind. As a personal trainer, he has taken principles that he has learned in the gym and appropriated these principles to the training and transforming of the mind, as he is known by the moniker, “The Personal Trainer for the Mind.” He is a lover of Christ and a willing servant.
He currently works as a personal trainer and professional speaker and resides in Hampton Virginia.
