About the Author
Shirley Slee is an author and mother of four, who after trying to guess what BRB, OMG, and IDK meant decided to do something about it. Thus Text-tionary was created! Learning how to become a master texter has eased the burden of e-mails and voice messages piling up and made life must easier. Shirley Slee has been featured in numerous publications such as The Sun Press, The Cleveland Museum of Natural History, Shuttle Spindle & Dyepot, the LA Natural History museum and most recently the Autry National Museum. She is a Native American who takes pride in her heritage, holding demonstrations at various museums on the basketry of her famous Grandmothers from the Yosemite Valley.
