Katie laid back down tired from all the pulling and tugging to get out the ropes loose. He muscles in her arms and legs were sore and aching with no hope of getting free now. She became so tired, she closed her eyes for a minute to rest and get her strength back to try again. Just then, Katie heard the door open very slowly. She kept her eyes closed pretending to be asleep hearing her heart ponding inside her chest scared. She did her best to lay still hearing foot steps getting closer and closer inside the room. She wanted to open her eyes to see where the stranger was but she wastoo scared to open her eyes. She felt the mattress pull her towards the strange man sitting next to her on the bed feeling his hot coffee smelling breath against her cheek. He was so close to her face, she could smell his aftershave lotion in her nostrils trying to breath normally. She felt him touch her face very lightly hearing him lick his lips. A few minutes went by without a sound from inside the room but the beating of her scared heart.

Kathy Ann Bennett lives in a small town with her husband, Kenny for many years. Kathy works most mornings at a local motel in town when she isn't writing.
She loves spending time with her 11 grandchildren and her 4 children at her home. Kathy has many other hobbies such as reading, painting, drawing, restoring figurines and most of all writing. Kathy and her husband are both members of a local club in town helping out with barbecues, charities for the kids and helping out the needy in their area on the holidays. Kathy lives in upstate New York all her life.
