“Well, Mama you know that kid always seems so angry. He usually has to go to the office at least twice a day,” Marc said.
“Marc, there are things that can happen in a person’s life that can make them happy or sad. Did you know that you can decide how you react to a situation?” Mama asked. “Well, yes! But sometimes Mama, when things happen, it makes me upset,” replied Marc.
“When you get mad Marc, how do you handle those feelings?” asked Mama.
