Finding the heavenly Father is like finding precious treasure. He wants us to seek him, just as a determined treasure hunter searches for hidden and rare riches. It really depends on how much we desire to find him. So how much do you desire God? What do you really know about him? Do you know, for example, that he is the source and originator of all living things and is enthroned as the sovereign ruler of the universe? He has no beginning or end and lives forever. How did you get here? Well, it wasn't by chance and it was no accident. He planned you and planned for you. He knew you before your parents first set eyes on you. He is the original Father in whose image you were created and he loves you as his child with overwhelming affection.

What if you are not alone in this world? What if there is a God, a creator, a Heavenly Father who cares for, plans and looks out for you. What if you are able to have a relationship with him?
In our hugely pressurised, unpredictable and isolating world, the hearts of many cry out for love, purpose and meaning. In a climate where the existence of God is aggressively denied, People are left feeling confused and alone. Yet, the good news is that we are not alone in this world. We have a Heavenly Father who created and calls us to seek him, so that we may enter into a relationship with him. This Heavenly Father, calls us to himself and promises that we would find him, if we seek him with all our heart.
About the Author
Frank Haywood has been a Christian for over 36 years. He has served the Church as a Youth Leader, Elder, Worship and Cell Group Leader. Frank and Pauline his wife, have been married for 20 years. They have three teenage children, Joshua, Gabrielle and Ephrem. Frank and his family are members of the New Frontiers affiliated, Beulah Family Church, South London, England.
