The New Earth Requires a Spiritual Path Quieting the Ego

Once I discovered that I was Him – He who seemed capable of everything, as loving and compassionate and limitless as I had known Him to be – there was no way I could continue thinking and reacting the way I always had before.
I needed to stop the internal chatter of negativity and judgment my mind was accustomed to. It seemed that the only time I could connect with my higher-self was when I quieted down and dismissed the ego’s chatter. The task of quieting the ego was no small task. The ego’s voice had always told me I had no time to rest. Surely there was something I needed to be doing. It pointed out my physical imperfections and compared me to someone else. Someone else always did more, had more, and accomplished more than I did, at least according to the ego.
The ego’s voice was always ranting with a negative “self talk” it was constantly judging me and if not; judging others. According to my ego, I never did anything satisfactory or pleasing. I never gave enough of myself and most of all, I could never get enough of anything. One can never rest with this constant chatter of judgment, competition and dissatisfaction. But through meditating and contemplating about who I really was, I grew to realize that the goal of the ego was to keep me from knowing and feeling my true self.

About the Book
The changes we are about to undergo on earth require us to know where our guidance comes from. It is important that we know what voice to listen to, when we seek advice and guidance.
It is crucial that we know that we have been guided by ego for centuries and that this voice has been the cause of separation. Now it is necessary that we be vigilant of our thoughts and what we are listening to, if we are to be led safely through the changes.
The time to make correction of error in our consciousness is here. We are Spiritual beings and need to make the connection with our higher selves and discover who we really are and what we are doing on this Earth.
We are One with all life forms and need to end separation, but it must begin inward.
