Guvinci Code: Verse 3:4. Thou shalt always ensure thy body is adequately scented before venturing to the local gymnasium. The whole world understands one is there to work hard and one will always perspire. However, that is no excuse for smelling like a skunk. Many victims have fallen prey to taking in a deep breath before an exercise, only to have `Stig of the dump' walk by and fill thy lungs with vile odour. This throws the individual off the exercise as they are trying to combat the unearthly stench. This is extremely dangerous and will cause somebody an injury, so please introduce yourself to a deodorant or antiperspirant.
Guvinci Code: Verse 5:1. Thou shalt not act like a warrior on the internet.
Sitting behind the safety of thy screen and miles of optical fibre spurting out hate and abuse is cowardly. If thou hath some beef, do it face to face, only then will thou be respected. If you can't, then realise the limitation of yourself and stick to being a warrior in your daydreams.

About the Book
The Guvinci Code attempts to make a modern day code of conduct through examples of human nature and current behaviours. We are often faced with situations we don't like and that often cause us annoyance, the book catches those events and portrays them in a light hearted manner. The book has been spilt into multiple sections from family life through to contemporary life style each section contains verses that pick on situations in each of these areas. The verses do have a serious undertone but are relayed in a humorous way.
About the Author
Guv Bains was born and raised in Royal Leamington Spa during the seventies/eighties. He took the typical route of further education then university through to a successful career in management. His eagerness to experience various aspects of life rather than through word of mouth or the media, he made a decision to expand his social interactions. He has been involved with nightclub promotions, security for music superstars, involved in the underground music industry, body building, Mixed Martial Arts (Cage Fighting) as well as researching the philosophical and spiritual sides of religion. All of this aside from his normal day job as a senior Manager at a huge blue chip company. The huge variety of situations and experiences that he has been involved with, has enabled him to view the world in his unique way. Using his own experiences as well as using experiences of others, he feels that he is at a point where he can confidently talk about the most complex topic in the world. Life.
