Journey Within Thee is an inspirational book of poems that would encourage and bring strength to any reader if they experience a storm. You must Never Give Up, Never Give In but Give it All You Got to survive the Storm. When I look back over my life I think about all the sinful acts I committed before giving my life to Jesus. I was filthy, dirty, and not worthy of his love. I really needed to clean up my act and ask Jesus for a second chance to prove to him that I am willing to work for him and serve him and not evil. The devil used me in everyway I let him and now I am a child of God and I know how to serve only one master which is God. Our God is a forgiving God and he would forgive you, Give him a try I did. Trials and Tribulations may come but you have to pray and believe that the Lord has answered your prayers. It takes Faith and a made up mind to get through the storm and each poem is dedicated to a particular situation in life. Please enjoy the poems and may God bless each and everyone of you.

About the Book
A woman is struck with a disease that takes her through many different trials and tribulations. She finds herself fighting in many ways to overcome this disease. This disease affects different parts of her body and this makes it extremely hard to do the things her heart desires. While coping with her problems she is face with many challenges of her family members along her journey. She crossed many bridges but she learned to put all her trust in the Lord along this journey.

They have 3 wonderful children, two boys and one girl.
God works in mysterious ways and He brought encouragement and hope into their lives every day. She experienced different type of storms but she never gave up she kept the faith.
It is her prayer that those who read this collection of poems find comfort and strength to guide them in their everyday living.
Darlene truly believes that God has shared these words with her, and she in return would like to share them with you.
