Hidden with a match, in the hay
A starving bird viscously pecks
At the body of one fallen from the nest
Colours crash and cry as one
Bleeding from a mothers breast
All of memories children
Came knocking today

Hidden with fires, raging in the hay

About the Author
Steven Sheridan is a poet, songwriter and playwright. He was born in the north of England, east of his ancestral Ireland, has fallen south, past London and currently resides in Granada, Spain. This is his first collection of travel notes.
