Mattie Bernett Bobo was born in Texarkana, Texas. She is the eight child of twelve. She is a graduate of the School of Cosmetology and worked in this field for over 29 years.
She is the first Lady of Jesus Christ Faith Center where she serves diligently beside her husband of 51 years, Pastor Jeff Bobo. They have been faithful servants of the ministry for over 29 years. They are blessed with two God fearing sons whom are a pastor and an assistant pastor and two daughter-in-laws.
She is a loving grandmother of six and a compassionate aunt to a host of nieces and nephews. Although God did not bare any biological daughters to her, He gave her many spiritual daughters in Christ.
She is a powerful, anointed women called by God to preach his uncompromising word. The spirit of the Lord is upon her because the Lord has anointed her to preach good tidings to the poor. He has sent her to heal the broken hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to set the captive free.
Minister Mattie Bobo has a call from the Lord to minister to the women of the Body of Christ in the areas of wholeness and purpose through her unselfishness in Love, Faith and Patience. She indulges in praying without ceasing and is a firm believer in moving by God’s Holy Spirit.
God has given her an unspeakable passion for hurting women to be delivered and to let them know, “freedom is knocking at their door!” With her uncompromising spirit to please God, she is the President of the S.W.A.T. team (Spiritual Women Anointed to do God’s Will).
