About the Author

Concetta Tina Scarpitti was born in Toronto, Ontario (Canada) and has been writing poetry for 25 years. She has received a distinguished Laureate Poetry Certificate, awarded the Annual Editor's Choice Award, and has published various poetry anthologies with Illiad Press. She has received other recognition by Edlee Music by recording one of her poems into a lyrical song. She is a member of the National Authors' Registrar and is a recognized asset to poet society members, today and the future tomorrow.

Concetta Tina Scarpitti is a great contributor to society by working for the Toronto Public Library for over 22 years.

Concetta Tina Scarpitti's interests are writing poetry, studying various forms of martial arts, oil painting landscapes and spending time with her five siblings, seven nieces and nephews, and her loving Mom, Assunta Lo Russo, "la piu bella mamma nel mondo, pulcinella."
