All the Good Creatures
Not long ago, when the people of the earth had destroyed a lot of the forests and polluted the water and air and made it unbearable for many creatures to survive in deplorable situations, the council of creatures arranged a meeting to find a solution to the ongoing ignorance and selfishness of the human race.
The council was made up of all creatures, small and big, fierce and weak. There was the lion next to the rabbit, the owl next the mouse, the worm next to the hen. No one feared the other. In other words, the prey and predator relationship did not exist—at least during this great moment of truth, where the survival of the planet was in the hands of the creatures. Even the sea creatures, from the tiniest amoeba to the biggest creature of all time, the blue whale, sent representatives to the meeting. Of course, since the meeting took place on land, the sea creatures were given a special gift from the Spirit of Nature to attend and sit side by side to resolve the conflict between man, beast, and the vanishing ecosystem.

About the Book
I believe that a child should be both inspired and taught at the same time. Teaching what is fiction and what is fact is necessary to the understanding of an adolescent. The stories I have written are, for the main part, about a struggle between man, beast, and nature. The fact and comprehension questions will help the adolescent to understand and explore more about the world he lives in.
The critical questions at the end will enhance the reader’s problem solving skills and the important part he plays in creating a better and more balanced world.
