Cecilio calmed his officers, Carlos and Julio, before joining Roberto in the mayor's office. "What the hell is this shit, alcalde?" fumed Cecilio. "Who is this fucking Chris, and why is he our new chief? Damn it, our new officer, Troy, starts work today, and I'll have to be his training officer! You are alcalde - you do the hiring and firing in Robusto! Shit!"
