Lesley-Ann Stanghon resides in Durban, South Africa. Her younger days were spent in the then Rhodesia living in Salisbury. Her best memories are of those spent on the banks of Kariba. Her boundless energy has seen her Deep-sea fishing most weekends, swimming for her province as well as waterskiing since the age of 10. With her love of animals, she has always been surrounded by a menagerie of various pets. Her creativity guided her into the advertising and art world where she remains today, although she now works from home. Lesley-Ann has two daughters, Nicole and Samantha-Ann, and is always encouraged by her husband, Roger, when it comes to her creative expressions. The idea for this booklet arose, when Samantha-Ann wanted her to make Turkish Delight, but because of the `old fashioned' measurements, she got everything wrong and Turkish Delight ended up as rose coloured glass - hence, this booklet was conceived to prevent these unfortunate mishaps.
