Kitty wanted to do something special for Gigi. Ahh, when I catch the mouse, I will cleverly place the dead rodent on the first step up top, on the old wooden step next to the rusty-hinged basement door. This will help Gigi so she does not have to carry the dead mouse far, thought Kitty. Well, when Gigi turned on the lights that first morning, a mouse present was just lying there, dead. She screamed and barely missed stepping on it.

About the Book
This book was inspired by a special cat who lived to be 22 years old. The author wanted to share in a fun, light hearted way, the story and life of a cat growing up in rough territory and being able to overcome all of her obstacles, and raising her own family. How she has adjusted to life outside of the city and her at times funny situations and serious lessons that she has learned in the life of a cat. Inspirational to children as many of the life lessons will apply to them as well.
