About the Book
Eyes of Mine begins the start of Jasmines teenage life. It gives pictures of the friendship bonds that were once gained, and sometimes lost. It also defines the importance of change, love, future, and the mysteries that life brings.
About the Author
Jasmine D. Thomas was born in Soest, The Netherlands. She lived in Nebraska for nine years, and moved to Virginia when she was 12.
Her first passion towards poetry started at the age of nine. Leading her first poem publication in the “Nebraska English Journal”, Fall of 2001.
Overcoming the trials and tribulations of childhood, learning how to grow in Middle School, and walking in the last year of High School, has taught Jasmine to be strong. The journeys of her life have started, and it is only the beginning.
