What is Ministry?
Ministry is service. Ministry is to serve or to administer the work of God. Ministry is Holy Service. Ministry starts by the Holy Spirit and the voice of God (Luke 3:21-23 and Acts 13:1-3,13). The Holy Spirit is source of ministry. People serve God in ministry after the Holy Spirit comes upon them. People serve God in ministry after the voice of God (after God spoke). Ministry starts by the Holy Spirit. Ministry starts by the power of God! The Holy Spirit and the Holy Scripture is the key to the Holy Service. Ministry starts by God and the word of God.
In this book we talk about dynamic ministry. What is dynamic ministry? Dynamic ministry is anointed service. The word dynamic is linked to anything anointed, authoritative, workable, powerful and graceful. Dynamic is sum up anything doable, lively, serviceable and lovely. Dynamic ministry is a ministry done by the power of God. Dynamic ministry is ministry empowered by the Holy Spirit. Dynamic ministry is done by the presence and power of the Holy Spirit. When a ministry is dynamic, there is operation of the presence and power of God. Dynamic ministry operates in authority and order of God. Ministry and service is done in authority and order set by the Holy Spirit. Dynamic ministry is empowered ministry of God. It is impossible to serve in ministry without the Holy Spirit and power. When the Holy Spirit shows up in a service, he changes the atmosphere, he empowers a minister, a message, miracles takes place, he saves multitude of people and he does a ministry of power. Dynamic ministry is a ministry of power! Dynamic ministry is anointed, authoritative, authentic and attractive and causes attention to the people! Dynamic Ministry draws people to God.
Spiritual ministry is more than a building, an organization or top job, but to serve God and minister to people. Spiritual ministry is more than a political ministry or public office or government department. Spiritual ministry is involves to worship and serve God. God requires a relationship with him before you serve him in ministry. In Christian ministry you start with relationship with God and then serve in ministry. In secular world you do not need to know God in order to serve people, no, all you need is knowledge and skills to do your job. But in a Christian ministry you must first have a relationship with Jesus Christ, to do the works of service. God intends to use every person to do the works of service. If a person is available God can use him to do the works of service. What God has done to other people he can do the same to you. God is not respecter of person but of purpose (Galatians 2:6).

And you will realize that Dynamic ministry is not new. Many ministers and servants of God were dynamic: Moses, Samson, Samuel, Elijah, Peter, Paul and Apollos. You will agree you too can be dynamic and serve God in his presence and power now.
The purpose of Dynamic Ministry is to show you that God can empower any person for service. Dynamic ministry shows relationship with God is the golden key to serve in the ministry and obtain work success.
About the Author
Benjamin Maira is divinely called, empowered and sent by the Lord. A minister of the gospel set by the Holy Spirit for Holy Service. He is a writer, minister and speaker.
