Two gay guys Derek and Mike are invited to hang out with their straight friends at a straight bar. When the dj tells the gay women to dance together then Derek and Mike dance together in a sexual way and they get thrown out and later take the manager to court. The feminine guy Derek tells the masculine guy Mike that Derek is tired of the way gay men get treated. So Derek has decided to get a sex change. Derek's straight brother Doug marries a lady named Pam. Doug meets his man friend and hugs him and kisses him on his cheeks, later Pam and Doug go grocery shopping and Pam is wearing a men's shirt and a man's pants and men's shoes. Doug wears a skirt then later Pam tells Doug she wants a divorce.
