So slowly he walked down the rickety steps.
Each step that he took was as loud as the next.
He got to the bottom and looked to his right
And saw his dad's workbench beneath a bright light
which happened to have a small glass box upon it
which happened to have a small note written on it
which Sheldon just happened to read, and it said:
“Top Secret project! Don't open!!” It read.
Sheldon opened the box, ignoring the sign
“I'll just take a peek. I'm sure dad won't mind.”
Inside of the box was a choco-fling-ding
Which happened to be Sheldon's most favorite thing.
Now let me repeat this: a choco-fling-ding

…Sheldon's MOST FAVORITE thing.
Young Sheldon had quite the sweet tooth, yes he did.
The grandest of sweet teeth of any such kid.
If sugar was coated in sugar you'd lose
By thinking that Sheldon would ever refuse.
And so there you have it. You must understand
Why Sheldon would place the fling-ding in his hand.
Ignoring the note on the box in the light,
He not only held it, but took a big bite.

Sheldon can't resist eating the treat, and the events that follow send him in search of his father through a magical world of marvelous, odd and ridiculous tongue twisting desserts. Kids of all ages will delight in this deliciously addictive adventure.
About the Author
Ronald Hargrove was always considered a highly artistic individual throughout Middle School and High School who often used illustration and music through voice as a vehicle of expression. After years of enduring a career path that he thought encompassed his artistic talents, it seemed only fitting that his latest choices brought him full circle to playing a part in the Arts.
Much of the credit he owes to Mrs. Stetz, his English teacher during his freshman year at Montville High School. She inspired him to recognize his gift of writing and pushed him to set the bar higher - even if it wasn't realized until many years later.
As a stay-at-home dad, he's learned that a child's mind is a wonderful canvas, and his children have taught him how to remain young at heart. He's now looking to share the wackiness he's brought his family with other families in need of a smile. This witty wordsmith has a unique perspective of the world, and his use of rhyme and alliteration captivates children of all ages while teaching basic values.
