Many have often asked me how do I know the books have been tampered with, which ones have been tampered with, and why do I have such a hard time believing that Jesus is God’s son? I answer their questions with this reality. The answer can be found in John 6: 53-58 of the Bible. I present this verse to cause mankind use their intelligence and think. This, in hopes that this verse will end the 2000 year old belief that Jesus is God made flesh in the physical sense of the word flesh. These verses were in red lettered text and are supposed to be from Jesus. It reads; “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. For My flesh is food indeed, and my blood is drink indeed. He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood abides in Me, and I in him. As the living Father sent Me, and I live because of the Father, so he who feeds on Me will live because of Me. This is the bread which came down from heaven-not as your fathers ate the manna, and are dead. He who eats this bread will live forever.” If you take these words to be physical and not allegorical then you have to accept the fact that Jesus is suggesting that we indulge in cannibalism that none can deny. Christians believe that God was made flesh because they believe the Bible says so. If you believe the verse is not talking about Jesus’ flesh and his blood being physically eaten by humans then you have to accept the reality that he is not talking about God having being made flesh either. You would have to believe rather, that he is speaking allegorically and talking about spiritual knowledge. Again, let us read what Jesus said concerning his ministry and the things he said and taught. John 16:25-26 say: “These things I have spoken to you in figurative language; but the time is coming when I will no longer speak to you in figurative language, but I will tell you plainly about the Father. In that day you will ask in My name and I do not say to you that I shall pray the Father for you.” Do you see now how severely you have been tricked with a false belief in Jesus as God made flesh? You will be thinking illogically if you to continue to believe in Jesus as God in the flesh after reading these verses from the Holy Bible. Jesus clearly says that he spoke to us in figurative language.
Let these words resonate in your mind and be committed to your memory forever. Jesus did not mean for you to believe God is his father literally. Remember, the word figurative literally means NOT LITERAL. Did you notice that he stated that a time would come when he will tell you plainly about the Father? This means that he was not speaking plainly to you about the Father, but rather in a figurative language just as he confirms in this same verse. This means that information Jesus gave you concerning his relationship to God was not meant to be taken literally. It means that it was speaking in an allegorical language but for a higher understanding and purpose. Many people claim that this verse does not cover all of the teachings of Jesus. In a vain attempt to hold onto their false belief, they believe the verse concerning eating Jesus flesh is in fact allegory but refuse to believe the verses that refer to a father figure concerning Jesus is not allegory. The whole entire message concerning Jesus and his ministry and his relationship to God was a parable. Remember, the Holy Bible clearly states that without a parable Jesus did not speak. You can’t have it both ways! Either this is speaking in allegory and referencing the word of God that was made manifest in the flesh and ordered to be followed or he is talking about the physical essence of God being made flesh and that Jesus is God made flesh and we have been ordered to eat him if we believe in him. Again, you can’t have it both ways
