Living From The Inside

Human life is expressed inside and its influence extends out to the surrounding environment- the mental, emotional and will power that reside in the human body drive all activities and are at the core of human responsiveness and reactions. To be precise, the inner man exerts power on the outer world through the body. Thoughts, words and actions are a means through which human life is expressed and appreciated. The accumulated knowledge and wisdom determines the level or extent to which a particular individual exercises control within and around him. As a matter of fact, confidence, will power and tenacity with which we act or react depends on individual’s awareness of his past experiences, accumulated knowledge and wisdom. These elements of life form a perspective and mind-set that constrain the responsiveness and reactions of each individual human being.

As we make a living each day, we are subjected to pressures all around us. These pressures of life arise from various activities and situations in life. Among which, are: the need to pay bills to meet our daily expenses; demands from our career pursuit; demands from our jobs, relationships, marriages and children; even more critical, the pressures arising from our perceived inadequacies to meet or satisfy the demands of life. That is, you have bills for which you have no means to pay and the fear of facing the consequences arise- if it is unpaid bills for rent- fear of being evicted; if it is unpaid bills for electricity, water, internet, telephone or medical- fear of losing the services;  or your marriage is falling through but you can not conceive a solution to hold and sustain it; or your children are rebelling and acting in an undesired ways, yet you can not control or think of doing anything that would address the situation. In most cases, these and many other circumstances in life can simultaneously exert raging pressures on us. When this happens and you feel like the whole world is closing in on you, what do you do? Where do you set your eyes- on challenges or solutions?

This book seeks to enlighten and give a perspective that would enable you realize the treasures you are privileged to bring into this world. As this treasure is in a form of knowledge and wisdom, it necessarily constitutes words. To make the most of it: you need to condense these words into thoughts to get understanding; apply the thoughts with understanding of current and future possibilities to real situations and circumstances of life; generate words consistent with the envisioned results and speak those words so that they can bring forth the desired results and create a whole new world of possibilities in and around the existing physical world. It is the speaking that invokes power to realize what we say or pronounce in the words we speak.
