." She screamed out "That is my mama!" She let go of my hand, and ran down that hall way.
As I walked down the hall way I said "God, I goofed up. I told that lady I was going to get her daughter out of jail and bring her to see her daddy. God, I sure made a boo boo." I didn't feel like the Lord had heard a thing that I had just said. "I sure have messed up."

I prayed all the way back to the office. I went in and told my wife about the situation. I told her I was going to the jail. I went to the jail, and I asked the jailer if it would be O.K. if I took Miss Donna, in chains, to see her daddy at the hospital. He said "Yes it's O.K. with me, but you need to go talk to the sheriff about it. "O.K." I went upstairs to the sheriff's office. I walked in and asked his deputy if the sheriff was in. He said "No, he's on vacation." I asked "are you in charge during his absence?' "Yes I am, can I help you chaplain?" I told him the story and he said! "It's O.K. with me if it's O.K. with the Judge. Go see him, and see what he says." I said "O.K.". I walked over to the courthouse, and went into the Judges chamber. I asked his secretary if I could see the judge. She said "No". He is on judicial duty this week in Jefferson City, Mo., and won't be back until next week. "O.K., thanks." "That's it! I did what I could Lord. It is all done and over with."
I was sad. I went to the office and told my wife. The phone rang the jailer answered and said "The deputy is looking for you. In fact he is walking over to your office." I said "O.K." The phone rang again. This time it was the Associate Court Judge's secretary. She said "The Judge wants to see you! Come as soon as you can! I said "O.K. I'm on my way." I was crossing the street when the deputy came up and said "Judge in Associate Court said he wants to see you." I said "O.K., I just received a phone call from his secretary a minute ago." When I arrived at the Judge's office he was not there. He was at the records office. I entered the records office and the Judge was signing a paper. When he finished,
"THIS IS ANOTHER ONE OF THE MIRACLES THAT GOD DID IN THE TANEY COUNTY JAIL." The Judge turned to me and said "O.K. brother Frank, you can take Miss Donna to see her daddy. Have her back here by 9 P.M. tonight." I had to sign a piece of paper. The Judge said "Take this paper down to the jail, and give it to the jailer. I have called both the deputy, and the head jailer. They are getting her ready to go. I almost fainted. I just stood there and said "Thank you God for letting her go and telling the Judge to let her go. Thank you again Lord" as I was running down to the jail. When I got there the jailer said they were getting her ready. I asked if they were putting chains on her. He said "No, she is getting some civilian clothes on." The judge doesn't want chains put on her." A few minutes later, Miss Donna appeared at the jail office. I couldn't believe my eyes. She had make-up on and had the lady's clothes on that gave her the black eye. She was beautiful. I told her how pretty she was. "Before we go any further, I need to get something strait from you. If you fly (jail talk) away at the hospital, I will lose my job. She said "I will not run away. I promise you."
We high stepped it across the courthouse yard over to my office. My wife took her car. She had to go to work at 1 P.M. in Branson. It was already 10:00 A.M. I drove as fast as I could. I tell you, I was so happy I couldn't even think straight. All I was doing was thanking God. So was Miss Donna. We got out of the elevator and turned to our right, going down that long hall way. Donna was holding my hand. She stopped and asked "Who is that person down the hallway?" “I don't know." She screamed out "That is my mama!" She let go of my hand, and ran down that hall way. When I got there they were crying. I started crying with them. I said "You all better get in there to see your daddy
